Meet the Host
Dr. Liz Wayne is an Assistant Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington, where she researches how to use nanoparticles to modulate immune cells for improved treatment of chronic diseases. A 2017 TED Fellow and science communicator, she’s passionate about inclusive mentoring and public engagement in STEM. Outside the lab, she enjoys cycling and soap operas.
