BMES 2025 Annual Meeting

We are delighted to invite you to the 2025 BMES Annual Meeting, taking place October 8-12 in San Diego, CA. This year’s theme, "Bridging Healthcare Gaps: The Role of Biomedical Engineering," highlights the critical role of biomedical engineering in shaping a healthier, more accessible future.

The meeting will feature pioneering research, innovative technologies, and interdisciplinary approaches that advance health through biomedical engineering solutions. Attendees will have opportunities to connect with experts and explore cutting-edge developments that address pressing global health challenges.

We are excited to welcome Eric Topol as our opening keynote speaker. He is renowned for his transformative work in cardiology, digital health, and precision medicine. We will also recognize Linda Griffith, the recipient of our coveted 2025 Pritzker Award, for her pioneering contributions to engineering approaches for women’s health, and other recipients of our prestigious awards which will be announced later in the year.

This year’s program offers a diverse array of sessions, discussions, and collaborative opportunities, designed to inspire innovation and advance the role of biomedical engineering in promoting health outcomes and increasing accessibility. Industry tours are planned, along with additional opportunities to explore the San Diego area.

Join us in San Diego as we work together to advance the frontiers of biomedical engineering for better health outcomes worldwide.
