Annual Meeting

Due to yesterday's volume of submissions, there was a system-wide payment gateway issue overnight on our abstract platform. If you submitted by the deadline, we will work with you to ensure your submission is received and accepted by our system for review.

Some of you might have encountered multiple pending charges on your card if you tried submitting more than once. We ask for patience as we work on our end to void payments within the next 48-72 hours, so the charges are not posted to your account.

We are currently investigating the problem and diligently working to contact those with payment issues to address this matter in a timely fashion. We will update you later today as we work on resolving this issue. We sincerely apologize for any stress or confusion this has caused.
