Meet the Faculty Candidate Forum is Now Open!
If you're attending the 2024 BMES Annual Meeting, join us for our annual Meet the Faculty Candidate Forum. This networking event will be on Wednesday, October 23, from 2-5 p.m. in Baltimore, MD.
The Forum is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in academic positions in 2024-2025. You will meet and network directly with college recruiters who can help you take the next steps in your BME career.
To qualify for this event, you must:
- Be actively on the market for the 2024-2025 recruiting cycle*
- Will receive your PhD in 2024 or prior
- Be a current BMES member
Accepted candidates will present a biosketch and poster outlining accomplishments, aspirations, and accolades.

We are seeking heads of departments, professors, and recruiting managers looking to hire for teaching- and research-focused positions. BMES will provide recruiters with an overview of each candidate before the event. The Meet the Faculty Forum will be held on Wednesday, October 23, from 2-5 p.m. in Baltimore, MD
