Student Volunteer Program
Volunteers play an extremely important role in the meeting’s overall success, and we appreciate the time commitment. With your help, we can ensure our attendees have a great experience that leaves them excited to return next year.
Student volunteers will initially pay the full $425 student registration rate. After completing at least 8–10 hours of scheduled volunteer work at the conference, BMES will reimburse you $275, bringing your total cost down to $150 as a thank you for your service. We will do our best to accommodate your volunteer preferences. We have limited volunteer slots, so the more flexible you are, the higher the possibility of being chosen as a BMES 2025 student volunteer.
Deadline to Submit: Friday, July 25, 2025 at 11:59 ET
