CMBE Late-Breaking Abstracts
We invite Cellular and Molecular Bioengineering Special Interest Group (CMBE-SIG) members and experts from various disciplines to collaborate and brainstorm new ideas, and establish a foundation for systems bioengineering by submitting an abstract to present research in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from January 2-6, 2026.

General late-breaking abstract submissions will only be considered for poster presentations.
Submission Portal
Abstracts must be submitted through Easy Chair, the abstract submission portal will open on October 20. New users will be asked to create an account before proceeding with the submission.
Submission Format
General Submission Abstracts/Poster Abstracts
Submissions must contain the title, author names, author affiliations, and an abstract that is less than 250 words in a single pdf file. The name of the presenting author should be underlined in the abstract document. A select few general submission abstracts will be considered for podium presentations.
