Please note that these groups and their false claims are in no way affiliated with BMES or the official show contracts. Read the full warnings below. IMPORTANT NOTICES:
AGS Expo Services is the only official services contractor for this event.
The use of any other contractors must be approved in advance for delivery of materials to the event. Current exhibitors can access the online ordering site for all furniture, labor, and material handling needs by logging in to the exhibitor management portfolio that was emailed to the primary sales contact on file.
The complete list of authorized ancillary service providers is listed in the exhibitor service manual sent out to all primary sales contacts on file for the annual meeting; these services include AV, electric, food/beverage, and floral services.
If you are contacted by any company offering services, please do not hesitate to reach out to us to confirm the legitimacy of the company.
BMES is aware that outside companies are offering access to and purchasing of attendee lists. BMES does not make the attendee list available to ANYONE due to privacy regulations, so if a company is claiming to have this information, they are misleading you.

General Information
We listened to your feedback and—for the 2024 Annual Meeting—have eliminated the Priority Point Program we are using this year to determine exhibitor booth selections. 2024 sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities coming soon.
Below is an outline of our offerings for the 2023 BMES Annual Meeting. For full details about what each sponsorship opportunity includes, please view the prospectus linked below. When you are ready to purchase, download the contract (found on page 15), fill it out, and return it to exhibits@bmes.org. We will respond to requests in the order we receive them.
