Please note, if you're interested in a booth size larger than a 10x10, please e-mail us. You cannot reserve your booth online.

  • STEP 1 - Click the blue button 'Reserve your Sponsorship or Exhibit Online' above to start the online process to sponsor or exhibit at BMES 2024.
  • STEP 2 - Select the 'Click to start' button and start typing your company name. If you were a past exhibitor at BMES, select your organization name within the list. If you are a new exhibiting company, your organization name will not appear in the list, please type your organization name as you want it to appear in your company profile.
  • STEP 3 - Select your organization type from the drop down
    • Academic (University/Institutions Only)
    • Corporate
  • STEP 4 - Follow the steps to input your main point of contact/booth coordinator and complete the full contact information.
  • STEP 5 - If interested, select a sponsorship level (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) or skip this step
  • STEP 6 - View the floor plan and booth selection options. You can hover over a booth of your choice, click the booth you would like to reserve and once it is highlighted, click continue.
    • Booths shaded in dark blue are available for reservations.
    • If you're interested in a booth size larger than a 10x10, please e-mail us.
  • STEP 7 - On the next screen, review the A La Carte Sponsorship Opportunities, if you're interested, add an option by clicking 'Add' next to the product, and hit continue or click 'Continue' to skip this step.
  • STEP 8 - Review the Terms & Conditions, select the check box "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, digital sign and click the 'Agree' button.
  • STEP 9 - Next is the Payment Information page - you can pay a 50% deposit or in full by credit card or e-check.
  • STEP 10 - Click 'Continue' and complete your purchase.

AGS Expo Services is the only official services contractor for this event.

The use of any other contractors must be approved in advance for delivery of materials to the event. Current exhibitors can access the online ordering site for all furniture, labor, and material handling needs by logging in to the exhibitor management portfolio that was emailed to the primary sales contact on file. 

The complete list of authorized ancillary service providers is listed in the exhibitor service manual sent out to all primary sales contacts on file for the annual meeting; these services include AV, electric, food/beverage, and floral services.

If you are contacted by any company offering services, please do not hesitate to reach out to us to confirm the legitimacy of the company.

You will only receive information directly from BMES (via emails or social media posts). 

BMES is aware that outside companies are offering access to and purchasing of attendee lists. BMES does not make the attendee list available to ANYONE due to privacy regulations, so if a company is claiming to have this information, they are misleading you.

If you are contacted by any company offering lists, please do not engage as they are false claims.
