Exhibitor Service Kit - this was sent from AGS Exposition Services in early July.  They sent exhibitors unique user IDs and passwords.

Lead Retrieval - BMES provides a database to Bartizan that corresponds with a unique number on each registrant's badge.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN

All exhibits must be set-up by exhibitor on move-in day.  No set-up will be allowed during show hours.  Dismantle of an exhibit will not be permitted prior to the close of the show. 
 
If exhibitors remove their display prior to 1:30pm on Saturday, October 14, 2017 they will not be allowed to choose 2018 exhibit space until February 1, 2018 thereby forfeiting early bonus incentives and after many other exhibitors have selected their booth space.
