Student Volunteers

The Volunteer Signup Deadline was August 15 and is now closed with a large number of potential volunteers.  We might not be able to offer assignments to all those who signed up.

Volunteers will be assigned in the order they signed up.  We will contact you with your assignment by August 28.

Do not call or email to check on your status.  DON'T CONTACT US, WE'LL CONTACT YOU!

We are maintaining a WAITING LIST and will ONLY take additional student volunteers if needed from this online list.  To sign up on the WAITING LIST - click here.
Are you wondering how this works?
1.  YOU MUST BE A STUDENT(undergraduate or graduate) TO VOLUNTEER
2.  YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE MEETING.
Being a volunteer is separate from meeting registration.
You will need a badge to gain access to sessions and events.
We encourage you to register for Early Bird discounts.
3.  AT THE END OF YOUR WORK HOURS, YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR:
$125 credit for each 4 hour shift ($250 for two shifts) towards your registration fee.

No cash will be refunded if registration fees paid is less than credit earned.  For each 4 hours you volunteer and complete your assignment you will receive a voucher of $125 credit to be used towards registration fees.  Maximum allowed are two shifts for $250 earned credit.   This will be enough to cover a full early bird registration for a student member. Students will be accepted and assigned on a first come, first served basis.
