Free student chapter tables available at BMES Annual Meeting
Conference floor tables at Austin meeting provide opportunities to exchange information and network
Free tables for BMES student chapters will be available for the first time at this year’s Annual Meeting in Austin.
The tables will be in the convention center’s main hall where poster sessions will take place. Chapters can use the tables for a variety of tasks including
- Networking
- Sharing information
- Fundraising
- Recruiting new members
- And more
Only a limited number of tables are available, so please register for one soon. Complete the application at http://associationdatabase.com/aws/BMES/asset_manager/get_file/20206 and email or fax to the BMES Office attention Regina Borkoski, regina@bmes.org.
The tables are NOT exhibit booths and may only be used to showcase Chapter activities and materials. University information may not be displayed at Chapter tables.
